My intention at Healing Through Discovery is to support you on your healing and spiritual journey. I believe they interweave. Healing is not always about being pain free, it is about seeing yourself without judgment and finding peace during your journey while you are here on earth.
Healing comes from the light within us. As we align with our soul essence or as some say, our higher self, we release energy patterns hindering us, we raise our personal vibration which optimizes our health, and we ascend on our personal life path which brings us peace.
I facilitate healing sessions designed to connect you with the higher vibrational frequencies of the 5th Dimension. These energies of Divine Love & Light balance the body, mind, and spirit as well as create transformational changes to your health and life path. A fundamental principle to my practice is each of us has the power to heal ourselves. I will support you during your journey using energy healing and sharing tools and practices that resonate with you.

Reconnective Healing® chose me and was the first healing modality I offered. In 2007, life intervened and steered me through a stream of coincidences resulting in my business – Healing Through Discovery. Healing is a journey with multiple parts and paths. Each of us is capable of bringing the higher vibrational frequencies of Divine Light and Love into our bodies optimizing our vital force and our health. I want to share with you the possibilities energy work brings to your life and your vital force. As quantum physics established, everything is made up of energy. When energy becomes stuck in our bodies, it impairs our vital force resulting in disease. Past trauma, unreleased emotions, depression and anxiety, toxins in the environment, unhealthy relationships, etc. impair the movement of energy through our body. I support you learning to maximize your health and wellness utilizing the higher vibrations of energy, light, and information. There are so many paths on the healing journey and energy work is one. Astrology is another.

It provides insight into your personality, desires, motivations, strengths, and challenges. In addition, it informs you about your life's purpose, what you came here to learn, and the gift you personally give the world. Until 2007, my business profession was risk management. I worked with individuals and families recovering from job related accidents and illnesses. This experience exposed me to the distressing effect disease has on a person. Western medicine leaves many people frustrated, in pain, and with feelings of hopelessness.
